We can scan, restore and digitize all of your old film negatives and bring your old memories back to life.
Once captured and restored, we can make new prints for you, or we can burn them to CD or DVD disks.
Finished images contained on your digital disks can then be used for email, to make prints at home or for
use with an on-line photo service like London Drugs Photo Station.  We can also create a DVD slideshow
of your digitized images that you can watch and share with family and friends on most home DVD players.

How To Order

The first thing to do is contact us by Phone or send us an email and let us know your situation
and what you are wanting to do.  You can prepare loose negatives into envelopes or small
boxes.  If you have many negative strips and you only want certain ones restored and/or
digitized, you can indicate which ones you want when you meet with us to review your project.
Please, if you are viewing your negatives to determine which ones you need, handle all negative
strips by the edges only.  Wearing white, lint-free gloves is another method that will help to
preserve the quality of your negatives and reduce the possibility of fingerprints.

Getting Your Images To Us

With a pre-arranged appointment, you may bring your negatives directly to our gallery in Summerland.

After contacting us by Phone or email we may arrange a meeting with you at an alternate location.
This option may be more appealing to clients in Penticton, Kelowna, Vernon or anywhere outside
of the Summerland area.  If coming to us or a meeting is not possible, we may at that point, ask you
to package your negatives and mail them to us.

How Much Does It Cost?

The cost to complete projects varies with each project and the needs of each client.  Once you
contact us and tell us what you are looking to do, we can provide you with an estimate.  Our
current rate is $31/hr. and we have a minimum charge on any project of 2 hours.

As a guide only, here are a few samples of project costs:

Scenario 1 - You have 100 or so images on negative strips and all are in fairly good
condition requiring very little restoration work:
Estimate: 2-3 hrs @ $31/hr + 1 CD or DVD @$13.50
TOTAL: $75.50 - 106.50 + Taxes

Scenario 2 - You have only two original images requiring extensive restoration work:
Estimate: 2 hrs @ $31/hr (minimum charge) + 1 CD or DVD @$13.50
TOTAL: $75.50 +taxes.

Scenario 3 - You have 100 or so images; some are prints, some are slides and some
are negatives requiring minimal restoration.  You would like to have all of these images
digitized into a DVD slideshow including transitions and background music:
Estimate: 8 - 10 hrs @ $31/hr + 1 DVD @ $13.50
TOTAL: $261.50 - $323.50 + taxes
